Standing tall at nearly 150 meters, 50 La Trobe Street sets a remarkable precedent as one of the world’s tallest student accommodation projects constructed using prefabricated methods. This ambitious endeavour encompasses a 783-bed facility, comprising a 43-level tower, a 7-level building at the rear, and a ground floor café with public access laneway.
Thoughtfully designed terraces, lounges, and communal spaces are strategically interspersed throughout the project, fostering a vibrant sense of community among the student population. We were privileged to contribute by completing the window furnishings package, which included installing roller blinds in all student accommodation rooms.
